January has been one of the coldest months in Chicago's history. We've had more negative temperatures than positive. How do we handle this? We go to Mexico. Paul and I had the pleasure of going to Puerto Vallarta for 6 days to celebrate our friends wedding. It happened to fall over my birthday so I convinced Paul to stay a couple extra days.
